How to build a ‘direct energy’ bike for energy of motion

The power of moving yourself, says Professor Nicky Swain.

It’s one of the best things you can do to improve your health.

And it’s not just about your energy.

We need to know how to use our body as a means of getting more out of our environment.

We are very good at harnessing the energy that is in the environment, says Nicky.

So what are we doing that could be doing more harm than good?

It’s important to think about energy when thinking about the health of our bodies and our health, says Prof Swain, who leads the Department of Physical and Health Sciences at the University of Western Australia.

And one of our main problems is that we are not being good stewards of the energy we use.

So it’s important that we understand what’s happening in our bodies, what’s really going on.

And we need to understand the way that we’re producing energy.

So one of things we do, Nicky says, is to get into a physical therapy session with a therapist and get an idea of how your body is producing energy, so we can be able to intervene when it’s getting too low.

This is a way to look at how we are actually using our bodies.

In our society, we’re not using as much energy as we should.

There is a lot of misinformation around the health benefits of exercise, says Swain – and it’s partly because there is a strong desire to believe that exercise is a safe, effective and effective way of increasing physical activity levels.

We should do it responsibly.

There’s been some research that shows it is, she says, but the science hasn’t been sufficiently tested.

And the research doesn’t tell us what to do when we need it.

It just suggests we should use more energy.
